Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility Windows

If you decide to cancel your research consultation order, the eligible refund percentage depends on when the request is received relative to payment confirmation and consultant allocation:

Within 24 Hours of order confirmation	Up to 90%	Applicable for standard orders with deadlines over 10 days. 10% is retained to cover payment gateway fees & administrative processing. (Urgent orders < 7 days are excluded).
Within 2 to 3 Days of order confirmation	Up to 50%	Consultants are assigned on Day 2. 50% covers consultant allocation and initial literature mapping. Subject to a valid cancellation reason.
After 3 Days from confirmation	0% (No Refund)	Active research, dataset compilation, or chapter drafting is already well underway; consultant work hours are non-recoverable.

2. Special Refund Scenarios

Excess Payment / Overpayment

If you accidentally pay more than the quoted fee without scope changes, 100% of the excess amount is refunded promptly.

No Consultant Available

In the rare event we cannot match a qualified domain consultant for your specialized topic, 100% full refund is issued immediately.

Unjustified Delivery Delay

If a delivery delay occurs solely due to consultant fault, up to 50% refund may be evaluated case-by-case (excluding delays caused by client response lag).

Revision Commitment

Discontent with initial draft outputs is resolved through free iterative revisions within agreed project scope rather than cash refunds.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:

Urgent Orders (< 7 Days): Orders placed with urgent turnaround times cannot be canceled once consultant work has started.
Reference Use & Academic Grades: All documents provided by MyPhdThesis serve as academic model papers and guidance aids. Final course grades or thesis defense scores depend on individual student performance and institutional review panels; grades do not constitute grounds for a monetary refund.
Uncommunicated Scope Changes: Demands for scope expansion or topic changes after work completion do not qualify for refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a formal refund application, please follow these steps:

Email your formal request to info@myphdthesis.co.in with the subject line "Refund Request - [Order ID]".
Include your full name, order reference number, date of payment, and detailed justification for cancellation.
Our finance and quality control team will review your application within 2 to 3 business days.
If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, PayPal, or card) within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Fair Dispute Resolution

We are dedicated to resolving all client concerns amicably. If a conflict arises regarding order scope or quality, our senior academic director will personally review all project communications, original specifications, and draft deliverables to ensure a fair resolution.
