The client retains 100% intellectual property ownership of their primary datasets, empirical findings, and submitted dissertation chapters. MyPhdThesis claims no proprietary copyright over client research outcomes.
All research proposals, unpublished manuscripts, clinical datasets, and communications exchanged between the client and MyPhdThesis are strictly protected under a binding Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). No client data is shared with third parties or stored in public repositories.
Consulting engagements are structured on a milestone basis. Work commences upon clearance of the agreed milestone advance, with deliverables released upon milestone completion. Detailed tax invoices are generated for all transactions.
MyPhdThesis provides iterative revision support aligned with supervisor and Doctoral Research Committee (DRC) comments within the agreed milestone scope for a period of up to 6 months post-delivery.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
